Who it is for
Volka is for owners who have outgrown doing everything themselves and do not yet need a full executive team. You might recognise the pattern. Staff wait for you to answer questions. Work gets done one way on Monday and another way on Friday. Hiring happens on a handshake. Admin eats the hours you wanted for the business.

How it starts
The first step is a free 15-minute call. You say what is stuck. Volka says whether it can help, and if so, proposes an operations review. The scope is written down and agreed before any work begins. The review looks at how the business runs now: the workflows, the procedures, the processes people follow and whether automation is in use.
After the review, work continues as a defined project or as a monthly retainer. You decide. How it works is set out in plain terms.

What you get at the end
Documents your team can use without Volka in the room: process write-ups, role descriptions, checklists, policies and a short list of what to fix next. If Volka is running part of the business under a retainer, you also get a regular written update.
What Volka is not
Volka is not a law firm, an accounting firm or a recruitment agency. It does not supply labour hire. Help with a single hire sits inside HR consulting. Where a matter needs a lawyer or an accountant, Volka says so and works alongside yours.
